The annual retreat to Lake Champion in Glen Spey, New York, is a "can't miss" event for students in grades 9–12. Under the theme "Thrive," speakers will challenge students to live out their faith as they learn to trust in God's power and sovereignty. You're sure to make new friends as we worship and learn alongside students from other churches in New Jersey and New York. You're never far from fun at Lake Champion with its ropes course, zip lines, indoor climbing wall, indoor gym, volleyball, basketball, hot tub and more! Pack your Bible, your sleeping bag and pillow, warm clothes and your swimsuit (girls, one-piece or modest tankini, please), and join PAC Youth for a weekend you won't soon forget.

Register before March 7 to guarantee your spot and take advantage of early-bird pricing of $180/student. Thereafter, if space permits, through March 14 the cost is $200/student. Registration includes transportation, lodging, food onsite, retreat materials and t-shirt. Spending money of approximately $20 is needed for lunch and dinner en route, as those meals are not included in registration.

This year’s middle school mission is a five-day experience packed with practical acts of love and service in partnership with Crucified Ministries in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. We’ll serve and take steps of faith together while having loads of fun by:
  • Helping people with projects in their homes
  • Assisting the elderly and visiting nursing homes
  • Conducting children’s ministry in housing projects and parks
  • Serving at a food bank or soup kitchen
  • Working on a dairy farm or orchard where food is donated to those in need
The goal of this mission is to help students understand the deep needs that exist within our own country and to bring hope to those we serve. We see missions as one of the most effective ways to help middle school students recognize their own need for Jesus’ grace, forgiveness and guidance in their lives. Team members will be challenged and changed by seeing the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of others while discovering how to use their gifts to make a lasting difference.

Last day to apply is Sunday, March 5, 2017.
