**NEW FOR 2018** Mandatory Lake Champion Activity Release Form (Due no later than April 3)

Make plans now to join us for the annual Middle School Retreat to Lake Champion in Glen Spey, New York. This year's theme is "Expectation," with the key verse being John 16:33. Our students will join 6th–8th graders from other churches for large-group worship and teaching, with PAC small group sessions serving as a launching point for deeper conversations. Every year students return from the retreat with new friendships, funny stories, and most importantly, momentum in their faith. You're never far from fun at Lake Champion with its ropes course, zip lines, indoor climbing wall, indoor gym, volleyball, basketball, hot tub and more! Pack your Bible, your sleeping bag and pillow, warm clothes and your swimsuit (girls, one-piece or modest tankini, please), and join PAC Youth for a weekend you won't soon forget.

Register before March 8 to guarantee your spot and take advantage of early-bird pricing of $200/student. Thereafter until April 1, the cost is $220/student as space permits. Registration includes transportation, lodging, food, retreat materials, and t-shirt.
